We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Hull FC merchandise; if an item isn't right, you can return it within 28 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that personalized items, such as shirts with custom printing, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you require a size exchange or a full refund.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Send via Tracked Post
Post your parcel to the Hull FC Retail Department using a tracked service; we recommend keeping your proof of postage until the return is processed.
Processing and Refund
Once received at the MKM Stadium or our warehouse, our team will inspect the goods and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days.
